NO RETURNS AFTER PRODUCT IS SHIPPED UNLESS
DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Defective products are usually exchanged by the manufacturer. Contact
the technical support center listed in your product literature.
We will accept upgrade exchanges if the product has not been opened or
grant store credit.
IF WE DO ISSUE AN RMA FOR RETURN AFTER PRODUCT IS SHIPPED AND GRANT A
REFUND THERE WILL BE a $25 or 25% INSPECTION / RESTOCKING FEE, WHICHEVER
IS LARGER. SHIPPING WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTED FROM THE CREDIT APPLIED.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
IF FREE SHIPPING WAS OFFERED THE SHIPPING COSTS ENCOUNTERED BY COMPANY
WILL BE CHARGED TO THE ORDER BEING RETURNED WITH A$25 or 25% RESTOCKING
FEE.
SPECIAL ORDERS, BULK BID ORDERS, IN OFFICE/HOME SERVICE ORDERS MAY NOT
BE CANCELED AFTER ORDER IS SUBMITTED DUE TO NATURE OF SPECIAL ORDERS.
SPECIAL ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER TO DELIVER DUE TO ON DEMAND AND/OR
CUSTOM CONFIGURED SYSTEMS AND PRODUCTS.
Defective Product:
Defective product is rear. In all cases that damage has occurred in
shipment or is defective out of the box, we will replace it.
IMPORTANT: You
must first contact the manufacturers tech support center to determine the
unit is defective and obtain a RMA# for return if it is.
DO
NOT under
any circumstances return an order to us without first requesting and being
issued a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) for tracking purposes.
We
will not be responsible for any merchandise returned without a RMA # on
the outside container issued by us. It is best to ask UPS to include
the RMA on the shipping label which they will be happy to do.
All returns must be package in a shipping
container. The factor box we ship in is meant for one shipping not two. If
you ship a second time in the factory box chances are it will not hold up.
Additional damages in shipping will void the return.
Once you obtain an RMA ship the product
back to us by UPS. Email the UPS tracking to
support@buy-webtv.com
and I will ship the replacement within 24 hours.
Limitation of Liability.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH
HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE
OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE. THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL,
INDIRECT OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED
HEREIN.
Applicable Law; Not For Resale or Export.
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the
various states and of the United States. Customer agrees and represents
that it is buying for its own internal use only, and not for resale. Any
export of Products by Customer is subject to applicable U.S. export
regulations and will be Customer's sole responsibility.
Service and Support.
Product service and support are available from the product manufacturer
according to the terms of each manufacturer's warranty.
